What kinds of information do we collect?
1. Information You Provide to Us.
Personally Identifiable Information: We may collect and store personally identifiable information and other information that you voluntarily supply either while on the Application or in completing forms or supplying other information in connection with a feature, tool or service available through the Application.
Some examples of personally identifiable information include (i) information (such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, ages, political views, nationality or ethnic origin, gender or sexual preferences, credit card information, and/or other personal contact information) that you submit to the Application, when you sign up for an account, create or share content and message or communicate with others or book appointments or sign-up for events, (ii) information that you post on message boards, blogs or other public areas of the Application, and (iii) information contained in search requests or questions that you submit to the Application or to us. This can include also background information relating to the content you provide, such as when information or photos were created or their locations. Some of the information you provide may be subject to special protections under law (i.e., laws relating to political views, nationality or ethnic origin or gender or sexual preference information).
If you decline to supply or provide us with certain information that we request while using the Application, you may not be able to use or participate in some or all of the features, tools or services offered through the Application.
Connections. We collect information about the people, pages, accounts, hashtags and groups you visit or are connected to and how you interact with them across our features, tools or services, such as people you communicate with or groups you are part of. We also collect contact information if you choose to upload, sync or import that contact information from your mobile device.
Your usage. We collect information about how you use our features, tools or services, such as the types of content you view or engage with; the features you use; the actions you take; the people or accounts you interact with; and the time, frequency and duration of your activities. For example, we maintain logs about when and for how long you use our features, tools or services, or what posts and other content you view on the Application.
Information about transactions: If you use the Application for scheduling appointments, paying for services or other financial transactions, we collect information about the appointment, purchase or transaction. This includes payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information; other account and authentication information; and contact details.
Things others do and information they provide about you: We also receive and analyze content, communications and information that other people provide when they use our Application. This can include information about you, such as use or comments of your photos or content; messages to you, or use of your contact information.
2. Information that is Automatically Collected.
We collect and store information that is generated automatically as you use or navigate through the Application, including, without limitation, information about your device and its interaction with the Application, including the type of mobile device you use with the Application, its unique user ID, IP address, and operating system, battery level, storage space, bluetooth signals and Wi-Fi access points, cell phone towers, location of your device and the type of mobile Internet browsers in use.
Data from device settings
Information you allow us to receive through your mobile device settings that you turn on, such as access to your GPS location, camera or photos.
Network and connections
Information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, language, time zone, mobile phone number, IP address, connection speed and, in some cases, information about other devices that are nearby or on your network.
Cookies and tracking
Information from partners.
Third parties, including advertisers and other application developers, can send us information through our relationships. These partners may provide information about your activities separate from the use of the Application—including information about your device, websites you visit, purchases you make, the ads you see, and how you use their services. Partners receive your data when you visit or use their services or products, or through third parties they work with, and pursuant to our relationship these partners must have lawful rights to collect, use and share your data with us.
II. How do we use this information?
We use the information we collect from you while you are using the Application as described below, including using the information to customize features, tools or services, and to customize or disseminate any advertising that appears on the Application. We also may provide your information to third parties, such as service providers, contractors, and advertisers, for a variety of purposes. Please review below for further information.

We use the information we have to deliver our features, tools and services, including to customize information and advertise or to make suggestions to you. To customize your experience, we use data we collect and learn from you and others.
We use location-related information- such as your current location, where you live, the places you like to go, and local businesses and people to provide or personalize our features, tools and services, including ads, for you and others. Location-related information can be based on things like precise device location (if you've allowed us to collect it), IP addresses, and information from your and others' use of aspects of our services (such as or events you attend).
Product research and development
We use the information we have to develop, test and improve our features, tools and services.
Ads and other sponsored content
We use the information we have about you to select and personalize advertisements, offers and other sponsored content that we show you.
Provide measurement, analytics, and other business services.
We use the information we have to help advertisers and other partners measure the effectiveness and distribution of their advertisements and services, to understand the use or interaction of their services by users among each other and other websites or applications.
Promote safety, integrity and security.
We use the information we have to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, and protect the Application.

We may use your information to communicate with you.
III. How is this information shared?
We use and share the information we collect from you in a variety of ways, as described below.

Though the Application you may provide your information to other people, in public areas of the Application or in other situations. You have control over when and/or how you share. Information that you share publicly may become accessible through other unrelated applications like search engines.
When you sign in and are using the Application, your information may appear or identify your activity.

We will share your personal information when we have your consent. For example, you may schedule an appointment or event through the Application and we will obtain your permission as part of sharing your information.

Additionally, we may disclose your personal information in situations that we believe to be emergencies involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or property if we believe that your personal information in any way relates to that threat.
As our business grows, we or affiliates may buy or sell various assets. In the unlikely event that we or our affiliates sell some or all of our assets, or this Application is acquired by another company, personal or aggregated information about our visitors and/or users may be among the transferred assets.
IV. How do we protect your information?
Any personal information you provide to us is kept on secure servers. We use reasonable security measures, including administrative, technical, personnel, and physical measures (a) to safeguard personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification; and (b) to ensure the integrity of the personal information. To help us protect your privacy, you should maintain control over your mobile devices and the logon ID and password you may have set up in connection with your use of the Application. Personal information is retained for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it is collected, including legitimate business reasons, and/or legal and regulatory requirements.

Depending on the types of requests, additional information may be requested.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf related to your personal information. If you choose to use an authorized agent, you should supply your agent with written permission to act on your behalf in relation to your request, and your agent must provide us with proof of such authorization before we process your request.
If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by us to our affiliates and/or third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
